Can guests upload photos from their camera roll?
At this time, guests can only upload photos taken during the event. This helps keep the experience focused on capturing real-time moments from your special day.
The good news? You’ll receive a full digital gallery of every photo taken—so you still get all the memories, plus a fun, interactive favor for your guests to enjoy in the moment!

What size are the magnets?
Our magnets are a standard 2x2 inches—perfect for displaying on your fridge, lockers, or any magnetic surface!

What does “unlimited” magnets really mean?
“Unlimited” means guests can create as many magnets as they’d like during the time we’re booked for your event. Most guests naturally make about 1–3 magnets while enjoying everything else your event has to offer.
We’re there the entire time to support and keep everything running smoothly so your event stays the focus!

Can you print multiple magnets from the same photo?
At this time, each photo submission creates one set of magnets and cannot be duplicated. This is due to the limitations of the software we use.
The good news? Guests are always welcome to take another photo if they’d like additional magnets—making it part of the fun and experience!
